After 25 years as a business leader, I have modeled what I learned in the field to create a training program on emotional intelligence.

The life of a manager is marked by small or large challenges. They affect them. The objective of this training is to become aware of the impact of one's emotions.

A focus is placed on the fears that hinder and prevent a team from being high-performing.

The work proposed allows for better self-affirmation, and therefore greater leadership.

I help each participant to understand their fears and to free themselves from them. By digging deep within oneself, to find the desires hidden behind the fears.

Then, through visualization work, I help to erase the initial neural pathways of fear, in order to improve performance.

Visualizing success helps to create neural pathways in our brain to manage stress. And to strengthen self-confidence.

This meeting is a journey within oneself to discover hidden resources for evolving and rising towards new possibilities.
