SUPPLIER AND CUSTOMER ACCOUNTING: Daily entry and verification of supplier invoices (approx. 70 invoices/month) and reconciliation with purchase orders. Issuance, sending, and tracking of customer invoices, and processing of reminders for unpaid accounts.

BANKING OPERATIONS AND TREASURY: Performing daily/weekly bank reconciliations and identifying discrepancies. Preparation of bank transfers and monitoring of receipts. Participation in treasury monitoring and the development of simple forecasts.

DECLARATIONS AND CLOSING: Assistance in preparing VAT returns and other periodic taxes. Filing and archiving of accounting documents for audit and account closing. Use of accounting software for all operations.
