Green Yellow is a branch of the Casino group that offers green energy to customers. It offers its services on its own website and on its partner Cdiscount's website. The goal of the mission is therefore to keep these sites up to date, evolve them according to customer needs, and monitor these requests.

Product Management:

- Writing user stories, with input from the marketing manager, customer feedback, and partners.

- Organizing the Product Backlog

- Prioritizing and estimating users: planning poker

- Preparing and leading various Scrum ceremonies;

- Organizing and monitoring Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective to determine areas for improvement

- Testing in integration, qualification, and production environments

- Creating and monitoring a non-regression test plan

- Correcting customer access errors to the Back Office

- Upgrading the solution: Drupal D8 to D9

Project Context:

The global strategy of the ADECCO group, with regard to its Modis entity, has evolved to harmonize the offers proposed internationally. In this context, the website had to reflect this change. With the help of international stakeholders, I am framing and managing the redesign project of the global modis.com website to reflect this change.
