Marie-Christine Pitault

Consultant, trainer, and pedagogical and quality manager for a training organization and administrative manager for an adapted company for 20 and 13 years respectively. I decided to create my own company in 2022. I work as a consultant on HR topics in project mode: training policy, disability, skills strategy, search and optimization of funding, social data analysis, communication with employee representative bodies, etc. My fields of intervention are broad and in several sectors of activity (mass distribution, software publishing, laboratories, cleaning companies, etc.). I have managed the deployment and supervision of the hiring and training of hundreds of employees during the creation and/or expansion of about thirty E.Leclerc drives and stores. My skills in social law and training engineering, as well as in funding engineering, allow me to manage an HR project in its entirety. My curious mind and my appetite for innovation allow me to intervene in sectors I do not know. My sense of mediation allows me to integrate any type of team and my autonomy allows me to manage a project solo.
