For over 15 years, I have been supporting organizations and individuals through professional transitions and transformations, in times of evolving benchmarks and where career paths need to be secured.

My core business: helping employees reposition themselves, build a realistic professional project, and move forward concretely, while taking into account the human, organizational, and economic stakes of companies.

My career has been built around three closely linked areas:

Support and Training

I provide individual and collective support: career assessment, skills clarification, professional project construction, action plan definition, and support for getting started. I have also led numerous workshops and training sessions, always adapting my teaching methods to the audience and context.

Professional Mobility and Organizational Transformation

I have supported employees in contexts of reorganization, internal or external mobility, and transformation, in collaboration with HR project teams. My role is to bridge the gap between the proposed schemes, the realities of the job market, and individual situations, to make career paths clear and achievable.

Relationship of Trust and Understanding of HR Issues

My experience has taught me to listen to complex situations, to establish a secure framework, and to work cooperatively with internal teams and partners. I place particular importance on clarity, sound advice, and the quality of human relationships.

I also worked for several years for a business software solution provider, which allowed me to strengthen my understanding of project environments, change management, and user support when facing new tools.
