About Marie

My first mission in the field of coaching was to create and lead workshops for candidates on the themes of professional retraining/reorientation. Then, I had the opportunity to build an internal mobility offer for my organization: it includes a guide on professional development, three mobility workshops, and the organization of an annual meeting on professional development schemes. I also support employees by informing them about internal and external professional development schemes, about opening their CPF account, and about implementing their professional transition project.

In parallel, I was involved in projects related to digital transformation. This began with the creation and delivery of an Outlook training. In 2019, the adventure continued with the implementation of training and workshops related to the company's internal digital transformation. My main mission was to coach/train employees individually and collectively.

Following these experiences, in August 2022, I created my own training organization, through a combination of employment.

In October 2023, following a health problem, I questioned my professional future. The desire to help people towards a professional project became clear to me. I therefore decided to use my personal training account again to train myself and enroll in the "Professionalizing the skills assessment practice" training. On Saturday, July 6, 2024, I was certified.

I also questioned who I was, but also how I function, my needs, my values. Through all these reflections, my professional identity was revealed through 6 values: Being of service to others; Problem-solving / solidarity; Diversity; Being Autonomous; Biorythm.
