I created ÉLAN after several years managing a team in a high-growth scale-up.

I observed and experienced the blind spots of the role: conversations to avoid, decisions to hesitate on, tensions to let build up.

What I bring:

- Performance & operational efficiency: Conducting a comprehensive audit of recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, closing) to identify productivity levers.

- Integrating AI into business practices: Strategic definition of AI use cases and design of concrete workflows for daily use by Project Partners, in collaboration with Product, Data, and Operations teams.
