- Leadership & strategy: Management of a team of 8 Project Partners (PP): individual coaching (posture, prioritization, client impact), performance monitoring, and collective facilitation.

- Operational performance & efficiency: Conducted a global audit of recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, closing) to identify productivity levers.

- Integration of AI in business practices: Strategic framing of AI use cases and design of concrete workflows for the daily work of PPs in conjunction with Product, Data, and Operations teams.

- Cross-functional training & expert posture: Conducted internal training for PPs (strengthening expert posture, closing assistance, soft skills workshop) + new training on evolutions in the tech freelancing market for frontline teams. - +15 project partners coached to increase their client impact
