I help people (young students, experienced professionals, and teams) to see in themselves what they don't see yet (or no longer see) and I set them in motion from there.
Recreate meaning when everything seems blurry. Soothe when tension rises. Reactivate what lies dormant when momentum weakens.
For over twenty years, this is what I have been doing — in several countries, in demanding environments, with those who give a lot but seek to give better.
Beijing, Phnom Penh, Shanghai, Paris. An economic mission abroad, a child protection NGO, the Accor Foundation, the recruitment of executives and leaders internationally — and today Doing Good, my structure, my vision, my common thread.
This thread has never changed: revealing what is strongest in each person, to put it at the service of something meaningful.
