Marie was extremely professional during this mission. Not only did she adapt to the significant and variable work volumes to get everything done on time, but she also took the time to prepare a very complete handover document to train a new person. Despite being on a temporary assignment with us, she quickly understood the processes, simplified them, and documented them so that the new person in the role could start on solid ground. This was not part of her mission scope, and I want to highlight the necessary effort it required. I therefore highly recommend her.
