• Design and facilitation of workshops for the City of Paris and the French Institute on nutrition topics, with increasing participation in events.

• Teaching nutrition and agri-food to Master's students at EDNH, contributing to the training of the next generation of professionals in the sector.

• Conducting private practice consultations, providing nutritional advice and personalized care to a wide range of patients (diabetes, obesity, infant feeding, ...).

• Development and launch of program innovations adapted to certain chronic diseases (diabetes, obesity), thus strengthening the diversity of the offering and the effectiveness of the program.

• Active participation in research studies with a measurable impact on customer experience.

• Supervision of the creation, proofreading, and validation of nutritional content (articles, booklets, social media posts), ensuring its relevance and scientific quality.

• Writing articles (web and press) providing practical advice and scientifically proven information on nutrition.

• Validation and monitoring of product strategy to ensure compliance (labeling, recipes).

• Conducting in-depth competitor analysis and scientific watch.

• Design and coordination of the production of 3 to 5 recipe books per year.

• Speaking at conferences and live social media sessions, ensuring the brand's visibility and scientific credibility with target audiences.

• Management of relationships with key opinion leaders (doctors, patient associations, public affairs), strengthening WW's positioning in the sector, development of a communication plan with management of a budget of €80k/year (newsletters, dedicated website, stands, and documents at conferences).
