I am passionate about shaping and organizing data. For me, the most important thing is to listen to the client's needs and answer their questions through analysis and visualization. I call myself a Data Artist because I enjoy creating interactive, dynamic dashboards with a very careful design.

My experience over the last few years has been mainly based on People Analytics projects:

- Analysis of employee satisfaction and engagement for HR (Power BI Dashboard from data hosted in SQL Server and Azure).

- Analysis of customer satisfaction in the healthcare sector (Power BI Dashboard).

- Text analysis from an internal employee survey in the banking sector (Tableau Dashboard, from data provided in Excel by the company).

- Analysis of cultural diversity, based on employee tests provided by the company (Power BI Dashboard, both for visualizing individual results and for the entire company, allowing analysis and comparison between different population segments).

In addition to other projects:

- Analysis of POS and sales by product category (Power BI Dashboard).

- Dashboards for the finance and marketing departments for an insurance company (Power BI Dashboards).
