📣 Specializing in supporting transformation projects and training, with over 10 years of experience, I enjoy working at the intersection of different worlds and perspectives, cross-referencing viewpoints, connecting, exploring, and discovering. Today, I have a dual role: change management consulting and training, encompassing instructional design and e-learning module creation (Articulate 360 suite).

🛠Consulting: My background in various firms has allowed me to explore all facets of consulting, including change management, organization, management, and strategy. I have supported everyone from CEOs to managers in diverse sectors such as industry, energy, mass retail, transportation, banking, real estate, insurance, and entertainment.

My recent assignments have allowed me to cultivate a strong interest in the challenges of tomorrow and new practices. I participated in structuring an internal startup incubator and implementing agile experimentation methods as part of a transformation project for a real estate department. By facilitating working groups and providing methodological support (Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Scrum), I oversaw the design and deployment of several projects and products. I have also led dozens of training sessions and created communication materials.

💻Digital Learning: Passionate about knowledge sharing and digital technologies, I acquired a dual technical and pedagogical skill set through intensive certified training with Evocime in designing, writing, and producing digital training modules.
