As a copywriter, I help companies communicate their services in an understandable, emotional, and convincing way. My focus is on website texts, landing pages, newsletters, and social media content that build trust and specifically address potential customers.

I work intensively with target groups, customer needs, and the appropriate brand voice to develop texts that not only inform but also create a connection. Through my own entrepreneurial experience, I know the challenges many companies face firsthand and understand how important clear and authentic communication is for customer acquisition.

As the owner of Dream Lashes by Maria, I have been self-employed full-time in the beauty sector since 2023 (founded in 2020). My focus is on eyelash extensions, lash and brow lifts, as well as individual beauty and skincare consultations.

In addition to the professional work with clients, I am responsible for all areas of my company. This includes customer communication, appointment scheduling, consultation, offer creation, marketing activities, and maintaining my social media channels. Furthermore, I regularly develop content for Instagram, promotions, customer information, and other communication measures.

Through daily contact with clients, I have developed a good sense for needs, desires, and purchasing decisions. I have learned to convey complex information understandably, build trust, and foster long-term customer relationships.

Another important part of my self-employment is marketing my services. This includes creating advertising texts, social media posts, offer descriptions, and customer-oriented content. The clear and convincing communication of services plays a central role in this.

Self-employment has not only provided me with professional expertise in the beauty sector but also entrepreneurial thinking, organizational talent, self-responsibility, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises. These experiences help me today to understand the perspective of entrepreneurs and service providers and to develop target-group-oriented communication solutions.
