I exude positivity and passion in everything I do.

Convinced that helping people is in my DNA, more than 4 years ago I decided to leave everything behind to start a new chapter as a professional career coach and mentor, as well as a trainer (IESE, EAE, and ESIC).

From this position, and drawing on my experience as a lawyer and executive, my coaching certification, and my General Management Program at IESE, I bring an energy and vision that energizes professionals to achieve their goals. And above all and most importantly, my methodology enables people to connect with their talent and transform into their best selves.

On a personal level, I have two passions that I adore: one is cinema. At 12 years old, Scarlett captivated me with her determination and resilience. Since then, I haven't stopped enjoying a good movie from the fourth row. And the other is the mountains, because it's my life philosophy. You think differently at 5,200 m.

I managed projects and sought funding and partners. I coordinated the federation's approach with the board and other departments.

I developed, implemented, coordinated, reviewed, and evaluated the business, setting tasks, objectives, and priorities to open markets. I reported directly to the sole owner and chairman of the company. Investment of $2M with a team of 5 people. With the professionals involved in the process to achieve maximum performance and assimilate professional and cultural differences, I organized and managed meetings to identify project weaknesses and thus benefit the development of the activity.
