Coordinate exchanges between design engineers and BIM modelers to ensure technical consistency of projects. Participate in coordination meetings and write minutes. Plan and allocate tasks within the modeling team, with modeling support when necessary. Contribute to the preparation of BIM deliverables and control their quality and readability.

Conduct detailed technical studies in the field of fluids, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), industrial plumbing, and Electricity (LV & ELV, Home Automation), including design, sizing, and system optimization using the following software: Revit, Magicad, NavisWorks, Autocad. Write precise calculation notes and develop schematic diagrams for installations. Manage and coordinate a technical studies team, ensuring the quality of deliverables and adherence to deadlines. Collaborate closely with other departments of the company and clients to ensure project success. Ensure mastery and application of French (NF) and Moroccan standards in technical studies.

Study, dimensioning, and creation of design plans for Technical lots (LV & ELV Electricity, Home Automation, HVAC, Sanitary), schematic diagrams, electrical diagrams, quantity take-offs.
