Completion of 3 annual accounts (audits 2020, 2021, and 2022) in approximately 18 months.

Work methodology based on communication and team development. Intense participation in financing and hedging activities (USD, C02, and fuel) given severe liquidity needs and exposure to macroeconomic variables. Responsible for Italian institutional relations.

Leading finance teams from Australia to Cancun (former APAC, EMENA & Americas teams). Great focus on entity accounting & legal/tax compliance. Financially supporting business reactivation as well as assessing & recommending operations and delivery re-start. Continuous investment on team engagement & commitment. Monitoring entity structure downsizing in those areas without profitable business, Close follow up on cost, cash & treasury management, while strengthen remaining entities financial statements.
