- Improved KYC onboarding reliability by introducing fallback verification paths for unsupported document types, adding contextual UI guidance, and routing users to the right provider by region, directly reducing drop-off and support load.
- Built a re-verification flow from scratch enabling the bank to re-KYC existing users suspected of fraudulent registration.
