Activities: Data Quality/ Data Engineering:

• Definition, implementation, and monitoring of data quality KPIs to maintain a high level of reliability

• Monitoring and building regular statistics on SLAs to challenge teams and improve deadline adherence

• Review and understanding of data management processes within the FAST-Finance program

• Preparation and analysis of Business Partner data in production, validation of data integrity for integration into SAP ECC, and follow-up on actions with the Migration team

• Drafting of functional and technical specifications (SFD) for data integrity and quality reports.

• SQL querying on Snowflake for data extraction and analysis, particularly on Business Partners managed in the customer repository

• Automation of a matching algorithm to identify potential matches between Business Partners, based on their data (names, addresses, identifiers), via SQL querying on Snowflake.

• Implement Data Management policies

➢ Data Quality:

- Design, implementation, and run of controls for data used and produced by Group Finance:

- Consolidation and diagnosis of data quality issues and implementation of corrective actions

➢ Meta Data: Setup, maintenance, and communication of data dictionaries

➢ Data Analytics:

- Ideation of Data use cases: Identification of use cases through forums and scoping workshops with business units (Optimization of regulatory RWA, Cleaning of profitability flow to capture 100% of the bank's NII, Data quality improvement for better coverage of interest rate, liquidity, and exchange rate risks...)

Activity of managing Data Use Case projects: Formalization of the business case, identification of critical data, identification of symptoms, formalization of problem causes, definition of the solution, and implementation of corrective actions.

• Produce management indicators and reporting

➢ Production of bank indicators: -

Organize and lead pre-scoping workshops for SYD projects and validate expressions of need - - - - -

Define and manage the SYD roadmap

Participate in specification workshops and validate SFDs

Validate the testing strategy and plan

Execute tests and validate deliverable quality

Control and validate the production of indicators

➢ Production and control of management reporting and dashboards:

• Performance of systematic controls (monthly/quarterly) as per group charters and standards.

• Performance of thematic controls defined by management and regulatory and central reporting (GRM)

• Monitoring of projects launched by the supervisory authority: Data Quality (Data Reliability).

• Implementation of regulatory texts and central bank circulars on risk management (IFRS9 Provisions, RWA, NPE-FBE…)

• Contribute to the preparation of strategic committees: The Directorate Committee, the Executive Committee, and the Risk Committee for the Supervisory Board.

• Provide BACK UP for all work requested by the Risk Control and Supervision unit.
