I support professionals and teams in their development, strengthening their effectiveness, communication, and ability to work together, in both local and international settings.

After studies in International Business, Management, and Communication, I spent 15 years in responsible positions in finance and management. I had the opportunity to work in various sectors – automotive, retail, luxury – and in several countries: Spain, Portugal, Slovakia, and France.

Passionate about support and guidance, I founded my own company in 2009. Since then, I have dedicated myself fully to training, consulting, and coaching.

My goal is to help everyone, individually or as a team, to move forward and fully embrace the work we do together. Through my international experience and my work with private companies and public organizations in France, I contribute to transformations in the professional world, to diversity challenges, and to career transitions and evolutions.

For me, coaching and training are key moments for gaining awareness, creating synergy, and taking concrete actions, always in service of clear personal and professional projects.

Centralized treasury management for all subsidiaries of the holding company in Spain and Portugal.
