Margot Noblecourt

As a community manager, I manage several pages nationwide. My role involves creating content, developing strategies with my team, and interacting with the community to boost engagement. Together, we analyze results to adjust our actions and improve the brand's social media presence.

In this role, I was an administrative assistant and communication officer. I managed all administrative tasks for a self-employed individual, which included managing insurance and credit clients, as well as follow-ups by phone and email. I also handled client files and their tracking. In parallel, I was responsible for communication, both for print materials and social media, to promote the company and maintain good customer relations.

During my communication internship, I was in charge of social media management, content creation, and event organization. I also worked on creating print materials to promote projects. My role involved coordinating various actions to ensure coherent and effective communication.
