Margot Broudic

Founder of LibertyApp, I created and led an entrepreneurial structure, defining the strategic vision, business model, and overall project management. I supervised and coordinated a multidisciplinary team of about 24 people, bringing together technical, product, and communication skills, in a spirit of cooperation and achievement of common goals. I was responsible for budget development and monitoring, priority arbitration, and risk management, while ensuring the quality of deliverables and compliance with deadlines. In parallel, I developed and maintained close relationships with partners, users, service providers, and institutional stakeholders, and conducted efforts to find and mobilize funding, support schemes, and grants. Finally, I represented the structure at professional events and trade shows, contributing to the project's visibility, credibility, and development.

Following my career and recognized investment within the group, I moved into project manager and then IT department manager roles, responsible for steering strategic technical projects for the engineering and architecture teams. I managed planning, resource coordination, budget monitoring, and deadline compliance, while supervising and leading technical teams in complex and demanding environments. This role led me to gain a broader perspective on organizational challenges, to arbitrate, prioritize, and make decisions, and to lead steering committees, thus consolidating my position as a manager and operational leader.

Within a large international industrial group, I was responsible for the design and security of complex network infrastructures (WAN, LAN, datacenters), as well as the large-scale deployment of security solutions. Gradually, my role expanded beyond the strictly technical scope: I was asked to coordinate multiple stakeholders, contribute to cross-functional projects, and participate in technical arbitration for high-stakes business and industrial projects, particularly in the context of connected vehicles. This increase in responsibilities allowed me to develop a global vision of systems, industrial challenges, and organizational constraints, and to lay the groundwork for my evolution towards complex project management.
