The challenge lies in capturing and maintaining the data so that it can be retrieved at any time and used in various processes and systems.As a user experience designer and product owner, I contributed to the transformation within the real estate domain by providing insight into which employees are involved, mapping out processes, identifying bottlenecks, proposing solutions, and developing an app for entering and validating real estate data on location (in the home).

Over the years, this system has gained many additional functions without adequately focusing on the actual user needs and maintaining a consistent user experience. My assignment was to present an improved interface. I conducted interviews with users to determine where the focus for improvement should lie. At the same time, I advocated for improving the current product development process by using product discovery, working with clear user stories, and setting up a design system with reusable components and clear patterns.The result was a design that could serve as a basis for further development.

There are payments that cannot be processed automatically, and these payments are manually linked to outstanding invoices or refunded to the customer in case of overpayment or when it cannot be determined what the payment should be linked to.The current application used for this is being replaced by a self-built system. Within this project, I worked as a user experience designer.I started by designing a high-level concept (based on the outcomes of conversations with current users). Based on existing patterns and style guides, I set up a design system to quickly develop screens and dialogs that are developed during bi-weekly sprints. The result was a user-friendly application.
