- Drafting and negotiating contracts and settlements,

- Management and monitoring of litigations and insurance records and policies.

- Legal analyse and advice for strategic decisions regarding risks and opportunities assessment, on behalf of XPO's affiliates in Europe.

- Draft and negotiation of customer / supplier bilingual contracts as well as commercial leases contract (back-to-back), banking contracts (finance lease), NDAs.

- Negotiation of bank garantees (with landlord / with banks),

- Legal analyse and answer to calls for tenders,

- Litigation management (debt recovery, brutal rupture of commercial relations, French administration controls),

- Redesign of the subcontracting procedure for Central and Eastern Europe business regarding local specificities in collaboration with external local lawyers.
