As a RUN Project Manager at Keepeek, I am responsible for assisting and supporting clients to guide them on the use of the solution and their new needs. Primarily in contact with medium and large accounts, I collaborate on various client environments, integrating third-party systems (integration examples: PIM or ERP database import and synchronization).

Objectives of my position:

- Responsible for our clients' experience and satisfaction

- Ensure RUN support for clients on solution usage

- Facilitate steering committees (COPIL) and operational committees (COPRO)

- Handle technical and functional support for the solution

- Responsible for identifying and framing new functional needs

Agile methodology.

Main project: implementation of an in-store order pilot and deployment, 62 stores, using the One Stock OMS tool. User training and support, tool demonstrations, issue reporting, prioritization, and tracking related to the product. Understanding user needs & optimizing customer satisfaction.

- Monitoring and leadership of the project backlog: in-store digital (gift card valid in stores and online in the UK market), CSR (integration of carbon footprint information and product environmental characteristics...), e-commerce, accessibility (ticket prioritization vs. legal compliance), UX (redesign of footer, homepage, product pages, checkout...), new payment methods, evolving and corrective maintenance, cross-border global site study project...

- RUN Monitoring: Jira backlog with all evolutions / bugs / epics. Liaising with the web agency.

- Agile methodology: sprint planning, sprint definition and monitoring...

- Facilitating project meetings (project and steering committees).

- Coordination with various teams (Web agency, e-commerce, IT, external developers, retail...).

- Implementation of functional testing to ensure the quality of the delivered product, formalization of anomalies and evolutions, continuous improvement logic "customer centric".

- Regular communication and team support.
