I worked for two companies:

At The Division Corp, I worked as a Digital Project Manager and Community Manager. I managed social media for several brands, orchestrated influencer campaigns with creators exceeding one million followers, and collaborated with influencers to maximize content impact.

I also managed social media on various themes (food, sports, health, beauty) while ensuring rigorous client follow-up, problem-solving, and continuous support.

I also organized filming, performed video editing, and developed comprehensive social media strategies including editorial line, planning, and content.

Finally, I monitored the performance of these actions (engagement, reach, visibility) while maintaining daily client relations, based on exchanges, strategic adjustments, and meeting expectations.

At The Gifts Club, I held the position of Communication Project Manager, where I was responsible for the implementation and monitoring of gamification projects for major clients such as Burger King, McDonald's, and Burgouzz. I also managed TheGiftsClub's social media.

At Saatchi & Saatchi, I was involved in managing interactions with SFR communities and customer support, particularly through responding to comments on all networks and resolving sensitive situations. I contributed to crisis management and daily customer support, while actively participating in briefs and the design of advertising content. My role allowed me to combine strong operational reactivity with strategic contribution to campaign development.
