Translated research findings into actionable design solutions and contributed to user-centered product development using personas, customer journeys, and user flows. Designed over 10 prototypes, enabling early identification and reduction of usability issues through continuous user feedback. Supported alignment between user requirements, business goals, and product strategy, thereby contributing to informed product decisions.

Created and edited approximately 3,000–5,500 product images monthly for brands such as About You, Armed Angels, and Ortovox, ensuring consistently high image quality and brand consistency. Independently managed the entire e-commerce photography process – from lighting and product staging to retouching and final delivery – using Capture One and Adobe Photoshop. Developed onboarding materials, trained team members, and conceptualized presentations for internal purposes as well as client and project evaluations.
