I'm Marga Narbona, and I help companies and professionals who want to sell with more order, consistency, and criteria, without forcing processes or losing humanity along the way. I work as a Sales Setter and Closer and Virtual Assistant, always remotely, helping to turn daily chaos into systems that support clear decisions and real results.

My work begins where blockages usually appear: unfiltered contacts, irregular follow-ups, conversations that go cold, saturated agendas, and teams putting out fires. I bring structure, listening, and commercial rhythm. I take care of every contact, guide conversations with a consultative approach, and build processes that allow sales to stop depending on impulse and start depending on a method.

I have been trained in digital sales and virtual assistance with methodology accredited by IQS and have worked with digital businesses, mentors, trainers, and growing projects. I have managed lead flows, organized commercial processes, assisted with closings, and provided operational support so that teams can focus on what's important without losing control or visibility.

I believe in sales that are sustained over time, in well-cared-for relationships, and in the impact that good commercial management has on the health of a business… and of the people who lead it.
