Social Law Attorney with nearly 9 years of experience: private sector, FPT, FPH. I have supported employers and teams through their most delicate moments: strikes, disciplinary procedures, professional elections, reorganizations, and unsuitability.

Working since I was 16 in parallel with my studies, my path has not been a smooth one.

I have experienced failures, doubts, and detours.

Field experience – both human and legal – the kind that confronts theory with practice.

I have therefore decided to create my own company to offer an experiential approach to Labor Law: an immersive day where we live the situations before understanding them.

1/2 day simulation (conflict, disciplinary interview, discrimination…) + 1/2 day group debriefing = concrete reflexes, co-constructed tools, lasting understanding.

For employers, HR, managers, employees, and staff representatives who want to manage their professional lives differently, regain confidence in what they do, be autonomous in their decisions, and be able to implement concrete action plans.

Price: €1800 for the day of support for a group of 5 to 10 people.
