I describe myself as a deep versatilist. Nine years building software across fintech, retail, travel, and more niche domains than I expected — full stack, architecture, DevOps, real-time systems, AI backends, distributed infrastructure. The range is genuine, and it has a logic to it.

I hold two principles that shape how I work. First: every complexity we don't know of is complexity we don't control — so I map broadly before touching anything, because the thing that will hurt a system is rarely the thing on the diagram. Second: software is engineering only when it's built for someone specific, in a specific context — clients, users, stakeholders aren't a constraint on the technical work, they're what makes it meaningful.

I work on fixed-scope engagements and part-time collaborations. Architecture reviews, DevOps and infrastructure, fractional tech lead. No long onboarding, no ambiguity about deliverables.
