Marc Zida

With a rich and evolving commercial background, I notably created, structured, and managed the France, Cameroon, and Ivory Coast subsidiaries of the MC3 Group (€130 million), a major player in the distribution of IT equipment and solutions. I built these entities from their inception, developing them into a solid group representing 25 million euros in revenue.

This dual experience, both commercial and strategic, now informs my role as a certified consultant-trainer, focused on imparting concrete and actionable skills.

My interventions include:

– the entire sales cycle, in B2B, for short or long cycles;

– coaching on the fundamentals of commercial management and leadership;

– professional French as a Foreign Language (FLE), with an approach grounded in practical field usage.

I design engaging training programs, based on adapted pedagogical techniques, supported by the thoughtful use of EdTech tools.

Fostering the retention of knowledge and its sustainable application guides all of my interventions.
