Activities

Facilitating workshops with business teams (finance, purchasing, sales administration) to understand existing processes and challenges related to electronic invoicing.

Identifying and formalizing all incoming and outgoing flows (customer invoices, supplier invoices, credit notes, etc.).

Analyzing existing systems and defining interfacing needs (ERP, third-party tools, PDP).

Defining invoice lifecycles, business rules, validation workflows, and archiving methods.

Identifying file formats (Factur-X, XML, etc.) and associated constraints.

Drafting a structured document usable by the PDP, allowing the implementation phase to begin directly.
