My background: 8 years of Microsoft 365 in consulting and operational implementation. Built an M365 Competence Center, governance projects, process automation in corporate environments. Before that, 14 years in the Bundeswehr – that taught me to make decisions under uncertainty and to implement things instead of planning endlessly.

What I'm good at: Building the bridge between the IT department and the business department. Understanding both sides, speaking both languages. Relieving IT without bypassing them.
