As part of my assignment at Gresham Banque, I am involved in continuous improvement projects and operations to optimize and maintain the Front-to-Back digital chain of the banking information system, including core banking, account management, and order entry modules. My responsibilities include the Symbiote and AMO projects, as well as specification and testing activities. Projects completed:

- Symbiote: Version upgrade of the "core banking" tool Olympic Banking to ensure the continuity and optimization of banking processes.

- AMO (Alpheys Market Opportunity): Opening of the information system's web services to the company Alpheys, for account opening and order entry processes. Main activities and responsibilities

- Functional specifications: Writing specifications for new features and system evolutions, ensuring consistency and alignment with business needs.

- Writing and execution of test plans: Designing test scenarios, taking into account business processes, to validate the compliance of implemented features.

- Functional acceptance testing: Validation of developed features, identification and tracking of anomalies.

- Reporting: Preparation of regular reports on the progress of tests and acceptance testing for business and technical teams, facilitating decision-making.

Within the DOSI (Information Systems and Organization Department) team at SOCFIM, I participate in production management:

- User support (diagnosing anomalies and implementing solutions)

- Tool configuration (authorizations) and implementation of new processes

- Data mapping for GDPR

Within DIGIT, I have worked on various transformation and modernization projects.

- Requirements gathering for business projects (specifications, requirements)

- Organization and execution of IT application tests

- Project management support (planning, workload estimation, project progress tracking) Organization of internal events (logistics, speaker coordination)
