I currently work as a Senior Consultant, performing the role of IT Business Partner in the Financial Services sector, with a focus on the connection between business and technology.

I act as a liaison between business areas and technical teams, managing the demand for initiatives, prioritization, and governance of the project portfolio. I actively participate in the definition of business cases, budget control, and end-to-end monitoring of strategic initiatives, ensuring visibility of progress at the executive level and for steering committees.

I also have experience in global client account management, including economic control of the service, billing follow-up, and support for project profitability.
