• Strategic advice on financing large-scale renewable energy projects in partnership with Eksfin, Green Eiffel Investment, Mirova, the Norwegian Sovereign Wealth Fund, DGE, and DGEC.

• Development of market strategies and network animation in the renewable energy sector for clients such as Equinor, Aker Solutions, Statkraft, Statnett… in collaboration with EDF, Ocean Wind, TotalEnergies, Skyborn, and Vattenfall.

• Management of Franco-Norwegian renewable energy and decarbonization projects with the Ministries of Commerce and Industry, respective Embassies, and the Franco-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce.

• Construction of the strategic vision for the department, Leadership, and P&L Management. Reporting to the executive committee.

• Formation of 5 consortia to respond to tenders for offshore green hydrogen production with: Equinor, SSE, Aker Horizon, Doris, Technip, Chantiers de l'Atlantique, HSM Offshore, Borr Drilling.

• Structuring and execution of an offshore hydrogen production pilot project using electrolysis (1MW) in France: Raised €10M in budget. Financed by the Pays de la Loire region.

• Structuring and execution of an offshore hydrogen production demonstrator project using electrolysis (10 MW) in Belgium, Raised €25M through European funding from the "Horizon" program. Management of the consortium of 13 partner companies.

• Animation of the "Renewable Hydrogen" working group within France Renouvelables and Evolen: Lobbying, Public Affairs, Opinion Pieces, Strategy, Interface with Ademe and SER.

• Project execution strategy, Business plan structuring, and Project P&L Management. Reporting to the executive committee.

• Supervision of the execution of 5 local contingency service contracts: Offshore installation, HSE, Administrative support services, Marine operations client representatives, Back-office.

• Recruitment and management of a team of 55 people.

• Contract negotiation, HR management, budget, and project execution strategy.
