Marc Pfeiler

As head of product management at Geswork, I oversee the entire functional design and user experience (UI/UX) of our SaaS solution. I also supervise the development team, ensuring technical consistency, quality of deliverables, and adherence to deadlines.

In parallel, I define and implement the company's communication strategy, from creating advertising campaigns to designing landing pages optimized for lead acquisition. My transversal role allows me to ensure a unified vision between product, technology, and marketing to support Geswork's growth.

At Team BDS, I was in charge of all the group's web platforms, including showcase websites and e-commerce stores. I also designed and developed a custom intranet, centralizing the company's operational needs: internal communication, news management, merchandising orders for esports teams, and much more.

In parallel, I managed several strategic technical projects, including the implementation of a complete online ticketing system for a physical event in Geneva, integrating booking, payment, and access control.

At All in Box, I managed the complete technical and visual aspects of the company. I led the creation of the brand identity (logo, art direction, communication materials such as flyers and sales brochures), as well as the development of showcase websites.

I also designed and developed the central delivery management tool (dispatch) internally, allowing efficient assignment of orders to a fleet of over 60 delivery drivers and processing over 1000 orders per day. This project was carried out from start to finish, from defining needs to operational deployment, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
