- Facilitation of product design workshops, complex problem-solving, or process improvement.

- Promotion of agility and the Agile mindset within and outside SG. Speaker at Meetups and author of articles and training materials within SG.

- At Infopro Digital (3 months): Program Manager, responsible for the delivery and support of automotive parts Web catalogs to the major client Renault. Contract, budget, and activity planning monitoring for Renault.

- At BNP Paribas CIB (3 months): Scrum Master, setting up the "Credit Deal Tracker" team of 8 people. Training and implementation of Scrum ceremonies and visual management.

- At France Télévisions Éditions Numériques (14 months):

o Scrum Master for 3 out of 8 Feature teams within the "France.tv" Agile tribe (50 people). Facilitation of Scrum ceremonies, "Scrum of Scrums", "Backend" and "Android" Chapters, risk management sessions, and various workshops (product vision, product roadmap, release planning, strategy, and test planning).

o Scrum Master for the "Digital Identity Management" Feature Team. Restructuring of Scrum ceremony content and redesign of visual management. Implementation of performance and quality metrics.
