• • Contact person and technical consulting for clients in all matters of IT infrastructure.

• • Conception and implementation of future-proof IT solutions in complex, hybrid environments (Exchange Hybrid, Entra Connect, Sophos Firewalls).

• • Provisioning and administration of Microsoft Windows Server environments including core infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO) as well as other infrastructure elements.

• • General IT administration and active support in ensuring smooth customer IT operations (including Microsoft 365, Altaro Backup, email archiving, antivirus, firewalls, VPN, and VoIP).

• • Responsibility for software packaging as well as company-wide patch and release management.

• • Planning and execution of comprehensive cloud migrations (on-premises to PaaS) as well as introduction of SaaS solutions.

• • Modernization of workplace IT through the migration from local thick clients to a centralized VDI environment with thin clients.

• • Administration of the VMware vSphere infrastructure.

• • Management of AD and management of software deployment.
