Managing various e-commerce related projects in a start-up environment. Migrating master data and web content, fit-gap analysis regarding local specifications, integration with CRM, improving existing web content publication processes.

Responsible for the project to re-brand 13 websites. Including stakeholder management, coordination with multiple business teams, defining and executing the go-live planning and post-go-live planning. Managing the production process for re-branding B&F packaging. Integrating a new brand within an existing web environment.
