For over 30 years, my heart has beaten for the supply chain. I started my journey in freight forwarding, worked my way up in the automotive industry, and later became deeply rooted in plant engineering at Voith. In nearly 20 years in management positions – including at SAM with responsibility for 11 plants and 280 employees – I have experienced what it means to forge a complex chain into a powerful unit. And to perfectly synchronize the countless levers for stable production, robust supply chains, and lasting cost reduction.

For me, this is not a job – it's a hunt for waste and the constant drive to do things better.
