I am an IT Architect and Digitalization Strategist with a focus on municipal highly regulated environments. In recent years, I have technically, organizationally, and securely modernized the Dänischenhagen municipality, from infrastructure security to DMS introduction, specialized applications, integration, MDM, backup, concepts, and IT budget control. I combine technical depth with a strategic view: I can repair an Exchange system, build a VLAN design, structure a 300-500k€ budget, and simultaneously lead a DMS project so that it functions in everyday life.

What I am hired for: robust systems, clear decisions, clean architectures and projects that don't get stuck in paperwork. I recognize technical and organizational bottlenecks and, regardless of how complex or political the environment is.

I translate administrative language into systems, logic, build secure, maintainable environments, and reduce complexity without loss of quality.
