Coordination with external suppliers: Management of technical milestones for software projects/machine installations with external suppliers, ensuring the success of implementation projects and adherence to deadlines. Customer relations and improvement monitoring: Customer visits in Europe and the United States to gather feedback and propose improvements in new products (NPI), ensuring satisfaction and alignment with customer needs. Quality and process control: Supervision of project compliance with internal procedures, adherence to costs and deadlines, as well as the quality of installations and delivered products.

Project management for laboratory adaptation: Leading technical teams in France and the United States to adapt laboratories according to the hardware and software (HW/SW) requirements of new products. Remote technical support: Technical assistance for new hardware and software introductions, ensuring successful installations and resolving on-site difficulties.
