My name is Marco Mayer and I would like to support you as a Virtual Assistant – flexible, reliable, and completely remote.

Through my training as an automotive salesman, several years of experience in purchasing & disposition, and my current role as Customer Success Manager (100% remote), I bring both technical and digital expertise.

I support you with, among other things:

- Processing customer inquiries via email or ticket

- System data maintenance (Google Sheets, CRM systems)

- General backoffice tasks

- Creation of simple structures (e.g., tables, checklists)

- Support with internal projects

- Video editing with DaVinci Resolve (YouTube videos)

- Creation of simple social media clips (Instagram)

I work very structured, carefully, and organized – and in addition to my commercial background, I also bring experience as a content creator (own Instagram & YouTube channel).
