I am a founder and strategist with hands-on experience in building SaaS companies in the cloud and DevOps space. I co-created and scaled two products – AdaptiveCloud and SocialCloud – from idea to market within a few months.

My responsibilities covered the full spectrum of company building:

Strategy & Go-to-Market (GTM): Designed and executed a lean GTM strategy, achieving market entry in just 5 months.

Business Development & Acquisition: Identified and converted early customers through a mix of outbound and inbound channels.

Product Management: Defined the roadmap, coordinated agile development cycles, and ensured a tight feedback loop with clients.

Team Coordination: Built and led a cross-functional team covering development, operations, and marketing.

Within less than a year, the venture reached 10K MRR, followed by a successful exit.

I began my career in civil and construction engineering, managing both new-build and renovation projects in highly complex environments such Frankfurt international airport.

My responsibilities included overseeing projects at Terminal 3 and Cargo City South, where I was accountable for project leadership, budget and schedule planning, and stakeholder management across multiple disciplines.

Working in these large-scale infrastructure projects required a strong ability to balance technical precision, regulatory compliance, and operational continuity. I coordinated between architects, contractors, airport authorities, and technical service providers to ensure projects were delivered on time and within budget, while meeting strict safety and quality standards.

Alongside classical civil engineering tasks, I developed a strong interest in smart home and building technologies, integrating modern automation systems into construction projects. This focus allowed me to combine my engineering background with emerging digital solutions, giving me early insight into the convergence of construction, IoT, and process automation.
