• • Introduction of agile working methods for structuring user support ("Support 2.0")

Participation in a strategic data platform project for the development of a distributed analytical store for and in payment transactions. Tasks:

• • Structuring and prioritization of requirements in close cooperation with the business department and development

• • Moderation of coordination meetings between technical teams and stakeholders

• • Application of agile methods (e.g., Story Mapping, Scenarios, Impact Analyses) for requirements definition

• • Support of the team in implementing complex, data-driven requirements

• • Identification and clarification of business and technical dependencies

• • Creation and coordination of documentation (e.g., operational concepts)

• • Support in the preparation and structuring of sprint content. Results:
