As a job coach, I support people with a migration background, language barriers, or professional uncertainty in reorienting themselves and successfully establishing themselves in the job market.

My focus is on individual counseling: application coaching, preparation for job interviews, strengths analysis, and career goal setting, combined with job-related language support. I work directly, empathetically, and with a clear focus. My approach is not one-size-fits-all coaching, but practical assistance that works.

I accompany my clients through phases of orientation, motivate them in difficult life situations, and help them to concretely implement their career prospects.
