Marco Frumento

During my time at Pconas, I quickly familiarized myself with projects and learned to work with the frameworks Angular JS, React, and Flutter. I was also able to expand my programming skills in Node JS and SQL. As the only aspiring designer, I redesigned Pconas' main software, a vehicle management program for a major automobile manufacturer, for mobile devices. My designs for the UI and interaction design were presented to the client and were very well received. This enabled Pconas to secure the contract for the implementation of the application. Unfortunately, I had to leave the company in 2021 due to the pandemic and operational reasons – but I took many valuable experiences with me from that time.

For over four years, I have been working at Forvis Ma zars in the Digital Solutions department, designing user-centered processes. My main responsibilities include:

Building a Center of Excellence (CoE) UX: Introduction of standardized methods for UX services.

Requirements Analysis: Interviews, surveys, and user journey maps to determine requirements.

Prototyping and UI Design: Development of user-centered concepts and creation of prototypes and click dummies to visualize solutions.

Prototyping Workshops: Development and moderation of workshops to collaboratively develop ideas.

Usability Testing: Planning and conducting tests to optimize tools.

In addition to my work, I completed further training as a certified professional at the Haufe Akademie and participated in many team-building measures focused on "New Work".
