Building the Cross The Line workshop format in Germany with management responsibility for market entry: positioning, partner acquisition, building the organization and execution processes from scratch.

As a trainer, I conduct six-hour workshops for up to 130 participants simultaneously, with students from grade 7 onwards, parents, and educators. Technically, it combines large group moderation, psychological safety in heterogeneous groups, and dealing with emotionally challenging topics such as loneliness and bullying.

The impact is systematically measured: 76 percent of participating students feel less lonely after the workshop.

• Building a technology portfolio for trainers, coaches, and consultants in HR and OD, including positioning and service portfolio

• Conceptualizing and delivering turnkey AI-supported coaching applications; the core is a chatbot that coaches in mini-sessions and generates anonymized reporting at the department level

• Developing highly effective learning journeys according to the Brinkerhoff methodology and building knowledge bases for consulting organizations

• Consulting on Vibe Coding and AI projects in the HR and OD context

• Building and managing the partner network: five technology partners in four countries

Responsible for the implementation of AI-supported coaching in a consulting and training firm: technology selection and evaluation, use case conception, piloting, and enablement of the consultants involved.

Further focus areas include designing effective learning journeys, building knowledge bases for internal methodology, and digitizing existing consulting and training products for scalable delivery without loss of content quality.

The role thus consistently combines organizational development methodology with technical implementation expertise.
