- Definition of a service-oriented architecture for all Credit Risk Business Processes to make it modular and resilient

- Activation of the platform for xVA and integration of R&D calculation engines significantly improving the accuracy of the calculation

- Gain on the xVA business process allowing monthly methodological modifications (compared to semi-annual before)

- Organization of the new Agile team into Feature Teams of 7/8 people each (Paris & Bangalore)

Transform the Sales margin calculation chain with the aim of harmonization and simplification, following the merger of the Bank's entities

- Launch of the new Sales margin calculation chain

- Harmonization and simplification of the allocation of the Sales margin

- Transfer of ownership of the Sales chain to Bangalore

- Install and promote Continuous Delivery practices
